Raymond, a partner of Mosman Capital is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm including deal origination, capital management and corporate strategy.

Raymond has over 20 years banking, merger and acquisition experience with major bulge bracket investment banks in Australia, including Deutsche Bank and Macquarie Bank. He held senior roles and advised global private equity groups, real estate companies, hedge funds and institutions on strategic acquisition, risk management and investment management.

Raymond holds Master of Finance and Economics degree from University of Sydney.

Andrew Balzan

Andrew, a partner of Mosman Capital is responsible for managing deal origination and corporate strategy.

Andrew is a banking and finance and real estate professional with 40 years’ experience in all facets of banking, real estate finance, investment, development and funds management. Having spent over 30 years at NAB, he held numerous senior executive roles including Global Head of Real Estate Finance, Equity and Advisory and General Manager Property and Diversified Industries.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and a postgraduate in Corporate Finance. He is a CPA, Fellow of the Australia Property Institute, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance (FINSIA) and a Graduate of the Australian institute of Company Directors.
